Glenmor Equipment Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 11, 2025

1. Return Window

  • You may return most items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days after delivery. 

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. 

3. Return Authorization

  • All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact us before returning an item to receive instructions and approval. 

4. Customer Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a prepaid and insured shipping service, and including a copy of your original packing slip or invoice for reference. 

5. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This will be deducted from your refund. 

6. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will reflect the purchase price minus restocking costs and any applicable shipping fees. 

7. Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item, no restocking fee will apply, and Glenmor will cover return shipping. We may send a replacement at no additional cost once return is approved. 

8. Exchanges

  • For exchanges due to size or minor model differences, no restocking fee applies. However, you are responsible for shipping the replacement item to us, and for any additional shipping costs. 

9. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, custom or special-order equipment, and used equipment may not be returnable. Please check product descriptions or contact us for clarification prior to purchase.

10. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team with:

    • Order number

    • Item description

    • Reason for return

  2. Once authorized, ship the item with:

    • Original packaging

    • Copy of your invoice or packing slip

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange per policy terms.
